Chelmsford City Racecourse are offering families with autistic children complimentary tickets to come along and join us for an evening of racing. They will be working with the charity Pop Essex on the day, who will be providing sensory play equipment in one of our marquees for everyone to enjoy. There will also be a separate marquee where families can sit in a quieter environment and watch the racing from a private garden area. For a limited number of families, there will be an additional opportunity to visit our sensory unit run by Immersive Interactive.
There will be various other activities taking place during the raceday, with Chelmsford City Football Club coming along offering a kick around with some of their players.
Tickets for this event are limited, with the last two events being oversubscribed. Families are welcome to apply for tickets now to avoid disappointment
