Young Person
You have a right to get information, advice and support on your own or with parents or carers. It is up to you. You can tell us what would be best for you.
Normally we will not tell other people what you have said. The only time we would is if someone was in danger of being hurt, or if you had agreed that it was ok. We will always speak to you first if we are going to share your information with someone else.
We will ask you to provide information, such as your name, date of birth and school information. We can also check your information on the local authority education database. Let us know if you or your parents do not want us to keep or check your information.
You may want us to speak to someone for you, such as school, college or other services, but we can only do this if you give us permission to do so.
